Official Raffle Rules, Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 2, 2026

The Fair Blue Club of Jephthah Lodge #89 MWPHGLNY (“Sponsor”) is conducting the Fair Blue Club Cigar Basket Raffle to support its charitable and community outreach programs. By purchasing a raffle ticket, each participant agrees to these Official Rules and Terms & Conditions.

1. Sponsor

The raffle is sponsored by the Fair Blue Club of Jephthah Lodge #89 MWPHGLNY, a nonprofit charitable organization.

2. Purpose

All net proceeds from this raffle benefit the charitable, educational, scholarship, and community service programs of the Fair Blue Club of Jephthah Lodge #89 MWPHGLNY.

3. Eligibility

• Participants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase due to the inclusion of alcoholic beverages in the prize.
• Tickets may be purchased only by individuals physically located within the continental United States where participation is permitted by applicable law.
• Void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law.

4. Ticket Sales

• Tickets are $10 each or 3 tickets for $25.
• Tickets are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• All sales are final.
• Participants must provide complete and accurate contact information during checkout.

5. Drawing

The winning ticket will be selected on September 22 at the Grand East, Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of the State of New York, Harlem, New York. The drawing will be livestreamed on the Fair Blue Club’s official social media platforms. The drawing is final.

6. Odds of Winning

Winning is based solely upon chance. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee that you will win. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible tickets sold.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the information provided during checkout. If the selected winner cannot be reached within 10 calendar days, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to provide any required documentation, the Sponsor reserves the right to conduct another drawing.

8. Prize

The winner will receive the advertised Cigar Basket. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any item of equal or greater value should an advertised item become unavailable. No cash substitutions are permitted.

9. Prize Delivery

Prize shipments are limited to addresses within the continental United States. TheW winner may be required to provide proof of age and identity before shipment. An adult signature may be required upon delivery.

10. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or reporting obligations associated with receiving the prize.

11. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission to the Fair Blue Club of Jephthah Lodge #89 MWPHGLNY to use their first name, city, state, photograph, or likeness for promotional purposes related to this raffle without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Sponsor, its officers, members, volunteers, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Lost, delayed, or incomplete entries
• Technical failures
• Website interruptions
• Shipping delays
• Carrier errors
• Circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control

13. Cancellation or Modification

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud, technical failures, natural disasters, governmental action, or other unforeseen events compromise the integrity of the raffle.

14. Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of New York.

15. Acceptance

By purchasing a raffle ticket, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules and Terms & Conditions.
